Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team

- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and leads in Salesforce or other CRM software

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Support the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies

- Assist with business development activities, including lead generation and prospecting

- Prepare sales contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred

- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and customer needs

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for the company
